This is a live, cohort-based course.
Each week includes:

Short and direct. Listen before your partner session to set the stage for the week.

Guided 90-minute video sessions where the real work happens. Not recorded. No spectators. Just clear reps and honest reflection.
👥 1 Big Group Session
Live session before & after the partner session to allow space to share and integrate.
🏠 1 Connection Experiment
Each week, you’ll get a practical exercise to try in your real life. Think of them as micro-reps for intentionally creating connection
